Air, Land & Sea has successfully worked with the NJDEP and many local authorities to re-develop contaminated properties sometimes referred to as "Brownfields". In some cases Air, Land & Sea successfully prepared and was approved governmental funding for the cleanup and development of former landfills (Town Hall Shoppes, Brick Township, New Jersey). Air, Land & Sea's staff have performed assessments of landfills for potential redevelopment, monitoring of landfills for closure compliance and conducted regional aquifer investigations to assess potential impacts of landfills on the surrounding community. Our investigations have assisted in relieving claims against innocent individuals / corporations that were named as responsible parties in litigation.
