John Zingis, President and Principal Environmental Consultant, has experienced over 17 years of changing regulations and managed well over 1,000 projects that have been reviewed by the NJDEP in one form or another. Many professionals in the field, including attorneys, engineers, surveyors and land developers, often call on him. His vast experience has been accepted as an environmental expert in Courts of Law and many Boards of Land Development throughout the State. His resume outlining his qualifications is provided below. The main office of the firm is located in Point Pleasant, NJ. This location makes it easy to access all areas of the State where professional services may be needed. Air, Land & Sea has worked from the shores of Cape May to the rolling terrain of the Delaware Water Gap area. We've also ventured out of the State to provide services in Puerto Rico.
