Air, Land & Sea Environmental Management Services, Inc. (AL&S) was established in 1997, by Z. John Zingis, Jr, President. Mr. Zingis has been practicing in the environmental field since he graduated Stockton College in 1983 (over 35 years’ experience).
Mr. Zingis is a NJDEP Licensed Site Remediation Professional (LSRP). AL&S provides a full range of environmental consulting services to individuals, corporations and governmental entities. Environmental services focuses on NJDEP’s Land Use Program and the Site Remediation Program. Services include:
- Wetland Delineations and Permitting
- Coastal Area Facility Review Act Permitting
- Waterfront Development Act Permitting
- Site Remediation Program through LSRP Services

AL&S further understands the economic impact of compliance and dedicates our efforts to manage projects with financial frugality while demonstrating compliance with all NJDEP Rules & Regulations.
